An experienced, visionary leader with proven results, she is an expert at innovating business strategies to elevate customer experiences, create connections and grow sales. Tricia is best known for pioneering content marketing at the LCBO and leading this transformation. Tricia earned an MA from Lancaster University in the area of tacit knowledge and is a published author. Outside the business world, she’s an enthusiastic philanthropist, an avid cyclist, and an unapologetic ailurophile.
