Jonathan Milne is an entrepreneurially-minded, data-driven executive with 20+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales and business development. Jonathan is currently the Co-Founder and GM of Brightspot, the world’s first employee growth platform that empowers knowledge sharing through microlearning moments. Prior to joining Brightspot, Jonathan was a fractional CMO, helping multiple clients execute go-to-market strategies to enable their rapid growth. Before running a successful fractional CMO practice, Jonathan was the Director of Marketing at Klipfolio, one of Canada’s fastest-growing SaaS startups. Before Klipfolio, Jonathan was the Managing Director, Innovation and Interim CEO of Invest Ottawa, an incubator and scale-up program with 195 active startups in their portfolio.
Jonathan’s passion for startups, technology trends and innovation, is also reflected in his community involvement as a previous executive member of Fresh Founders, ArtEngine, and most recently an active board member of ENCQOR – Canada’s largest startup infrastructure investment to encourage 5G adoption. Jonathan also received the Top 40 under 40 Award from the Ottawa Business Journal.
