As the leader of HRSG, Suzanne works tirelessly to build an organization that encourages innovation and excellence. She is recognized as a thought leader in the field of competency-based management and is a sought after speaker internationally. In 2012 she was awarded the Business Woman of the Year Award by the Women’s Business Network, and in 2018 she won both the Sara Kirke Award and an Enterprising Women of the Year Award.
