In 2022, Erin was named a Top 15 Coach in Ottawa, is a career strategist and leadership coach. With over 20 years leading technology teams, she has delivered innovation in both the private and public sectors, combined with an intuitive approach to building lasting business relationships. Erin understands the future of technology through an emotional intelligence lens. She publicly speaks about the invisible skillset, EQ and how technology is shifting in to more UX-based, human-centered focus to improve outcomes for residents, tourists and businesses worldwide. Erin currently leads a large application development team for Transport Canada, improving multi-modal transportation services to Canadians.

TiE is the world’s largest entrepreneurship network in the world with 13,000 members and 3200 charter members in 58 chapters across 12 countries. Since its inception, in 1992, TiE members have generated over $1 trillion of wealth through their entrepreneurial endeavours. TiE’s sole mandate is to foster entrepreneurship and help its members create wealth through entrepreneurism. TiE Canada has three chapters – TiE Ottawa, TiE Toronto and TiE Vancouver.
